**The opportunity where you will make an impact**: Partner with Factory management including operations, customer service, finance, Procurement, R&D and quality to ensure EMEA supply and availability objectives are met. In partnership with production planning and manufacturing requirements, deliver a materials supply plan to ensure optimum stock holding. Ensure stock to cover production and minimise aged and obsolete stocks. Execute daily and weekly reports in JDA to optimise availability of materials, including Actions (Push/Pull/Cancel), Exception Constraints Management, Past Due and Upcoming Planned Purchases. Daily review with production planners to ensure POs in place to cover production. Generate, update and circulate a daily Materials Tracker with the wider Product Supply Team, with an aim to inform and escalate issues outside of the team’s control, such as supply issues, vendor non-conformance, quality concerns etc. Report weekly on material availability for upcoming launches and trails, ensuring wider Product Supply and Innovation teams are aware of any potential delays or risks to the projects. Liaise with Procurement and Materials Supply Managers ensuring sourcing plans are aligned to contracted volumes and planned inbounds have been validated to minimise the risk of excess/aged inventory and optimal availability for production. Manage daily material and packaging call off from 3PL, ensuring optimal availability for production and quick turnaround for quality testing of new inbounds. Liaise with suppliers to ensure planned deliveries are on track; Risk assess and escalate as issues arise; Follow up on overdue deliveries. Liaising with Site Quality team to understand QI lead times and escalate to resolution with suppliers in event of a quality concern being identified. Support the daily production meeting - addressing any points arising, and support trials required for new ingredients and alternative suppliers. Support the factory planning team in cross training and holiday coverage as needed. Support the Materials Planning Manager in reporting on weekly and monthly Materials Planning KPI’s for global Supply Chain deck. Support JDA development to continuously improve working processes. Build relationships with key suppliers who do not perform to OTIF delivery criteria.

**Key Challenges and Success Measures**: Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Be able to deliver with conflicting priorities. Ability to balance a diverse range of tasks. Meet and exceed KPI’s set by the business designed to improve efficiency and customer service experience. Build, complete and modify ingredient supply plans to ensure delivery of optimal customer service as well as run lines in an efficient manner. Ability to carry out in depth and action driven RCA.

**What you will bring to GPN**: Degree in supply chain or APICS with similar experience in a factory planning role in a fast paced environment. Previous experience working with SAP and / or JDA. Strong numeracy skills along with ability to work under pressure, with multiple challenges and the need to balance conflicting business requirements. Be flexible and be able to work as part of a team, cross functional within a factory environment as well as across an EMEA reporting structure. Be computer literate (Excel, Word and E-Mail etc.). Possess an excellent verbal and written communication. Strong time management and organization skills are essential.
