**About The Role**:
As a Key Production Operative you’ll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. You’ll be working within the production team to produce high quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment in order to deliver quality products to our customers.
- The roles we have available include:

- **Manufacturing Key Operative - Scallop Cutter** - using a scallop-cutting tool to ensure the splitting, cutting and cleaning of the scallops on a variety of differing sizes, you’ll aim to reduce waste and improve yield. It's really important that the scallops are cut to a high standard and in line with specification in a timely manner, and that the scallop shells are free of any excess scallop meat.
- **Manufacturing Key Operative - Crab Picker** - performing a range of tasks in processing crab meat for freezing and packing, including but not limited to; separating body parts from crabs, breaking claw shells (using a knife or hammer appropriately), picking meat using picking tools and checking meat for presence of shell and removing by hand.
- **Manufacturing Key Operative - Semi Skilled Filleter** - use a knife to fillet and prepare a variety of different fish species to the exact specification required, in a manner that minimises waste and improves yield.
- **Manufacturing Key Operative - Multi Skilled Filleter** - use a knife to fillet and prepare up to (but not limited to) 60 different fish species to the exact specification required, in a manner that minimises waste and improves yield.You’ll be fully skilled in all cuts including J Cut, Side Fillet, Butterfly, Flat fish fillet, Steak, Portion and Pan ready.
