Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Practioner to join our team. As a Family Support Practioner, you will provide support and encouragement to children and parents using our service..

**Duties**:

- Develop positive, respectful, and compassionate relationships with the families we support.
- Giving positive first connection support to children beginning contact.
- Practicing child-centred approach with positive respect for those involved
- Accurately record matters relating to the welfare of clients using our service when required.
- Manage health and safety/fire safety controls within the programme as guided.

**Skills**:

- Great problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet
- Emotional resilience,
- High levels of professionalism and a non-judgemental attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- A qualification in child development or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in providing counselling support is desirable.
