**Monday to Friday 2pm -10pm with some flexibility.**

**Overview**

COOK is looking for a remarkable person to nourish relationships between COOK and its Concessions retailers. Your Team

Supporting the Operation to ensure that the Kitchens processes and products are safe and legal at all times, and that Kitchen staff have the necessary Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety information to do a remarkable job

This role will be Production based with some office work

**Role**
- A knowledge of, and passion for good food along with previous experience of having worked in the food industry
- Ensure all Verification schedules are maintained
- Ensure Allergen Risk assessments kept up to date
- All validation testing completed OTIF
- Maintain good working relationships with the Kitchens
- Ensure all Technical kits are calibrated and functioning correctly
- Ensure internal audits are competed and actioned within 24hrs
