**Despatch Administrator**
**Responsible to**:Supply Chain Manager
**Shift**:14:00-22:00
**Purpose**:
A key member of the Despatch team, duties include dealing with customer enquiries, maintaining paperwork, coordinating loading and delivery of products.
**The Role**:
- Prepare dockets for deliveries efficiently and on time
- Accurately record all goods leaving the premises
- Record all pallet movements
- Monitor fresh orders against forecast
- Invoicing out completed orders
- Checking and filing away PODs
- Dealing with Customer POD queries
**The Person**:
- Excellent verbal and numeric communication skills
- Confident decision making skills
- Dedicated and enthusiastic team player who can meet very tight deadlines with quick and accurate data entry skills and an ability to analyse data
- Excellent IT skills (especially in Excel) along with great planning and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience in an office environment, previous Despatch experience would be and advantage
- Previous SAGE experience would also be an advantage
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Strabane (required)
