Digital Tonic are proud to be working with a leading National Charity in their search for a new Marketing Manager. This is a fully remote role with exceptional benefits that include a 35 hour week split however you see fit, including squeezing the hoursinto 4 working days and having an extra day off each week This is advertised as an initial 12 month FTC, but you will be given assurances all the way through that this will become a permanent role at the end of the 12 months. In this role you won't only be supporting an exceptional charity and cause who do so much good, but you will have a fun role whereby you target potential customers to get involved with some incredible exciting fundraising events that include skydiving, cyclingtrips in Southern France and hiking in South America, as well as smaller fundraisers such as parties, bake sales and volunteering etc. You will also line manage a Marketing Executive who will support you in this role.

You will run integrated digital campaigns with the support of the wider Marketing team. You will adopt a direct response marketing approach, driving customers to sign up for various events, and will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to track leadsand conversion rates, and able to use Google Analytics.

This is a strategic role where you will conduct research and question whether the current portfolio of events is correct, or if the charity should be looking at offering other products and services. Although this is predominantly a digital role, you willoccasionally develop printed collateral such as inserts and advertorials.

**What experience we're looking for**
- Proven campaign management experience
- Good understanding of digital marketing across most channels
- Strategic yet happy to be hands on
- Some previous line management or mentoring experience
- Ability to drive leads and track conversions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and able to deliver on deadlines

**How you'll be rewarded for your experience**

This is the easy part, there are exceptional benefits on offer that include flexible working on a fully remote contract. You will have core hours of 10:00 - 15:00 but otherwise can work the hours convenient to you, and can compress your days to a 4 day workingweek without sacrificing your pay. There are 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, you can also buy or sell holiday, there's a health cash back plan, good pension and maternity/paternity, an amazing team and a salary of £35k-£38k.
