We are the GP Bullhound's fastest growing e-commerce company in Lancaster. We are entering an exciting period of growth as we expand our services in the "new normal". With the pandemic, we have pivoted our business to provide private Coronavirus testing for individuals and companies.

This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders with 100% accuracy, managing stock levels, and ensuring prompt dispatch. It would suit a school leaver. We would love to hear from you if you have wider skills and ambitions.
- Fulfilling customer orders with 100% accuracy to tight deadlines
- Printing documentation to go with every single order to ensure that each pack is complete
- Building the appropriate testing kits
- Ensuring fast and prompt dispatch
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure future orders can be met in time
- Providing a five-star service
- Suggesting improvements to tests, services, and systems

**Person Specification**

The ideal person will have
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure
- Understanding of a methodical approach
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
- Excellent IT skills e.g. word, excel, internet
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to get stuff done
- Willingness to learn about Diagnostic Testing including Sexual Health
- Enthusiasm about new challenges
- Own transport to reach the office every day

The successful person may have:

- An interest in Bioscience or related discipline
- Experience of working in Diagnostics
- Experience of working with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure excellence at all times
