Our team at Inglewood Residential Home are looking for a motivated, friendly, and hard-working individual to join us as a Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career in care.

Inglewood Residential Home is a multi-award-winning home in Cumbria which has been awarded ‘Outstanding’ by CQC. As a team, we work hard to provide a safe, caring and home-from-home environment for our residents who have varying needs, including those who are elderly, frail or have dementia.

As a Supervisor, your role will be to support a culture of engaging and encouraging staff to deliver care in a person-centred and dignified way. We are looking for someone organised and flexible, who can ensure the established routines in the home are maximised, promoting the highest standards and supporting independence and participation.
