**Role: Network & Communications Team Leader**
**_Skills: Cisco, CCNA, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ITIL, VOIP and Microsoft._**
We have partnered with an innovative creative manufacturer based in Oxfordshire and they are now looking to add a Networks & Communications Team Leader to their growing team. My client is a global specialist in the development and manufacturing of pack solutions,working with a range of clients in the FMCG and corporate space
This position is on a permanent basis. This role is onsite 5 days a week
**£50,000 - Network & Communications Team Leader**
A Network & Communications Team Leader is required to join a global growing team. you will be the point of contact for of all networks related responsibilities within the Network & communications team.
**Skills Needed**:

- Background working with Microsoft based infrastructure stack
- Detailed knowledge of IT networking technologies, processes, and procedures. switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Proven experience developing & implementing new network & communications solutions
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- ITIL Framework
- Previous leadership experience
**Desirable**:

- Prince 2 cert
- MCSE, CCNA, CCNP
As Team Leader it is your responsibility, where required to ensure that documentation and training is created and conducted across network and communication technologies including processes, and procedures. switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ITIL compliance,VOIP and the Microsoft infrastructure stack. You should take pride in the management of team members in the network & communications team, ensuring they are happy, motivated and perform to their highest potential.
