Usually about 6-8 weeks after starting we offer an induction week from our in house trainer. It is then continuous with ad hoc different sales training. Of course after you have mastered being a recruiter we look at leading and management and training from there.

**Progression routes -**

Really clear and transparent about what you have to do to get from one level to the next.
- Level 1.

Trainee level - starting salary 20k. Target is minimum 8k in a month for 3 months to get promoted. Can be done in one hit if do 24k in a month
- Level 2.

22k. Target is 12k in a month for 3 months (or 36k) to get promoted.

Level 3.

25k. Minimum expectations are 8k a month. 3 x 20k months gets you promoted
- Level 4.

Start looking at consultants to mentor here. Targets to increase salary to 30k then 31.5 then 33k then 35k
- Level 5.

Team Leader level - 45k + earning off your team too
- Level 6.

Likely have your own Office or look after a few teams - 50k
- Level 7.

**Property Investment**

The ‘POT’ (Property Ownership Target)

This is separate and additional to commission. It is not taken from your commission.

It is an additional league table that operates every month. If you win the league (or come 2nd or 3rd) then money gets put into your ‘pot’. Equally if you get relegated you lose money (obviously you don’t ever ‘owe’ the company any money)

The pot is for you to buy a property or invest in our property arm. You can cash out whenever you like. The most someone has saved is 30k. Most people usually cash out at about 10k. The money goes straight to your solicitor.
