**The Company**:
Our client based in Letchworth are looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to join their team. This company are passionate about what they do and are looking for someone that can share their enthusiasm for their brilliant product range, and experiencesthey give to their customers. **The Role: Middleweight Graphic Designer**

You will work across many parts of the business such as design, product design, UI/UX design, marketing, social media, and the website. The role requires a passionate and creative individual who is used to delivering projects on time and to the highest quality.

Day to day, you could be
- Creating designs for products, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered within deadlines.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure audience messages are in line with brand guidelines.
- Generating ideas for future designs for product ranges.

**To be successful, you must have**:

- 3+ years of experience within a design role or similar environment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Skills across typography, layouts, and online & offline design and artwork.
- Experience of working with licensed products is a big bonus, but not an essential.

**Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working 2 days WFH)**

This role does offer some flexible working and due to their office location, this role would be commutable from Stevenage, Royston, parts of Cambridge, Biggleswade, Duxford, Bishop’s Stortford, Dunmow, and Melbourn to name a few.
