Bartender and Mixologist

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Mixologist at Soho. Bar Experience is essential for this role. We are part of a forward thinking locally owned Hospitality & Retail Group, with opportunities to progress within the businesses sites.

This position is evening based - working 5 days per week, 40-45 hours per week, 4pm-close, including Friday & Saturday nights. Our pay rates are dependent on experience and performance. Weekly pay - hourly rates make sure you get paid for the work you do or Salary if you prefer - all of which can be discussed at interview stage.

Your main duties will include
- Serving Customers & Building Rapport
- Upholding a Premium Experience
- Autonomy over creation of Cocktails for the Venue and Menus
- Stock Taking, General Ordering & Organising
- Locking Up & Cashing Up
