MOP Specialist

**Here's what you'll be doing**

The E.ON I&C Pillar combines the current nPower nBS & E.ON B2B businesses to create a new £5billion revenue business serving c60,000 customers and around 300,000-meter points with a view to becoming the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Dataflow management in line with BSCP timescales
- Managing complex metering queries
- Liaising with customers
- Capacity management
- Internal and External Agent collaboration
- Portfolio progress reporting
- Managing site visit results and actioning relevant industry dataflows
- Junifer ticket processing

**What we need from you**
- Negotiation and influencing skills to obtain best results
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and staff at all levels
- Work independently, accurately and using initiative
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload whilst maintaining service
