**Administrator, Sales & Marketing Support Position Available**

**What’s the Role**:
As our team's administrative support, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting the digital, sales, and marketing teams with a variety of administrative tasks. This role is diverse and offers potential opportunities for progression within the team, depending on your interests.

**A Day in Your Work Life May Include**:

- Financial Support: Generating invoices, maintaining an invoicing log, and following up on overdue payments.
- Marketing Support: Updating excel sheets, CRM databases, assisting with newsletter creation, blog uploads, and potentially collecting data and posting on LinkedIn.
- Sales Support: Assisting in proposal preparation, data entry in CRM systems, and compiling data for presentations.
- Maintaining logs, schedules, and updating invoices with accurate information.
- Drafting and formatting documents, supporting with general administrative tasks.
- Liaising with directors and fulfilling their requests.
- Managing basic website functions and social media tasks.
- Handling phone calls and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including participant invitations.

**What We Require from You**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English language, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, solve problems logically, and overcome challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to manage varied workload and conflicting demands.
- Proactive time management and ability to work under own initiative.
- Adaptability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Word.
- Troubleshooting skills and an interest in marketing
- Minimum 1 year previous administration experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
