The role of the Business Administrator is integral to the smooth running of the organisation and of offering exceptional service and results to the customers we work with. We are looking for an individual keen to work in an organisation who supports growth, continued professional development and who has a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

**The role requires**:

- Research and report compilation
- Effective communications, both written and verbal - excellent spelling and grammar is essential
- Customer Relationship Management system use and management (predominantly HubSpot) - previous experience preferred
- Effective time management to achieve tight deadlines and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Shared office management, including sourcing suppliers and co-managing purchasing requirements
- Support and attendance (ad hoc) at exhibitions and conferences
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Excel
- Engagement in general business activity, including the commitment to delivering the values of a BCorp business
- Attention to detail, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to create and analyse reports
- Excellence as standard
- Be inquisitive and have a willingness to learn
- Hold experience in a similar role of at least 1 year
- Be proactive and hold a Growth mindset
- Be confident in communicating and engaging with external stakeholders, customers and prospects on behalf of our customers
- Be results-driven
- Have the ability to adapt to a range of situations at a fast pace
- Be professional at all times and have an excellent telephone manner
- Be punctual and organised to achieve deadlines
- Be a team player
- Be reliable, diligent and self-aware
- Have a good eye for detail and have a meticulous approach to their work product
- Have a mature attitude to work and professional relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise key activities
