Central Recruitment are working with a Manufacturing Company in Accrington, recruiting for a Laser Operator

**Duties will include**:

- Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape sheet metal according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operation and ensure quality control standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to design specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the machine

**Experience**
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Knowledge of hand tools and tooling used in metalworking
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machine operation and make adjustments as needed

Day shift hours between 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Full time Overtime opportunities

Accessible from Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington and Oswaldtwistle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.06-£13.14 per hour
