KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Full end to end management of the quotation & order process within an internal office environment
- Organising and scheduling workload including prioritising essential tasks
- Working alongside and communicating with the external sales team, highlighting new leads in the market
- Proactively performing outbound calls to customers to ensure accurate Maintenance of our online sales database (Salesforce)
- Order tracking to ensure customers receive proactive delivery updates
- Handling all aspects of customer requests including complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and improve customer relationships
- Work in partnership with other Internal Departments to deliver excellent customer service and determine solutions to delight our customers.
- Support continuous development and improvement of internal processes with wider teams
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience within a customer focused sales role
- Dynamic approach with good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Commercially minded, supporting profitability
- Computer literacy - working knowledge SAP & Salesforce desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft office desirable
- Team player yet self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and focus to accuracy
- Contribute to a positive working environment

COMPENSATION:

- Competitive Salary
- 37 hour work week
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
