We are recruiting for a Regional Business Development Manager for our Land Freight Business. The purpose of the role is to source, develop and secure new land business from potential national and local key customers. Working closing with Product / BusinessUnit Management in Land with upfront engagement to ensure greater win ratio. This is a superb opportunity for a proven senior sales professional to join our successful team and make a difference.

Location: Based ideally Basildon/South East with extensive travel

**Salary**: Competitive + car/allowance + bonus + benefits

**About You**
- Proven sales track record of gaining new major business, onboarding and successfully working to and exceeding sales targets
- Significant industry knowledge within European Land Transport/Freight
- Good understanding of Customs Clearance and Incoterms
- Excellent relationship building skills, identifying new business opportunities and ability to close successfully
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage time efficiently is essential
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Commercial awareness aptitude / skills
- Able to negotiate at a high level
