- Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests throughout the day
- Reception duties and greeting guests
- Ensure laundry is available throughout the spa
- Flow with the day, being adaptable to last minute changes and a fast-paced environment
- Follow all spa cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as Health and
- Safety regulations and procedures
- Be punctual and professional
- Be flexible to suit the needs of the business
- Maintain company ethics and policies

**Role Specifics**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in hospitality
- Guest focused approach
- Desire to deliver a unique and genuine experience
- Strong sales skills to upsell services/food and beverage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication skill
- Have a one team approach with a focus on building long lasting and meaningful relationships
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to work weekends
- Passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and the environment

**Desirable Requirements**
- First aid qualifications would be beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is essential due to location of Yorkshire Spa Retreat

**Terms and Conditions**
- Contract Type: This is a full-time permanent role, on the receipt of successful references, completion of a 6 month probationary period.
- Salary: £11.18 per hour
- Hours:40 per week, the role will involve working weekends over 7 days
- Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays
- Pension: This is an Auto Enrolment Workplace Pension
