**Salary: £15,000 - £20,000**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)**

As a member of the Marketing Department, you will support the Commercial Team by providing planning, execution and optimisation of our full marketing mix and initiatives. The role requires you to work across a multitude of marketing disciplines and to help grow our brand awareness. You will also drive sales and demonstrate understanding through the use of our online and offline marketing channels.

**Key responsibilities & Activities**:

- Manage and execute monthly internal and MVP newsletters via Zoho
- Providing monthly Google Analytics to help monitor website performance, acquisition and user behaviour
- Helping to maintain the Marketing Comms Calendar in Zoho
- Merchandise - support and stock management
- Updating the corporate website within Webflow, keeping the site and meta descriptions maintained, adding new content and tracking user journey using heatmaps and recordings
- Creation and support of all videos and editing across social channels and website content
- Brand Ambassador - Ensuring the company branding and guidelines are adhered to across all internal and external use cases and keeping company template documents up to date
- Social media management
- Inviting LinkedIn contacts to follow the company page and help build followers
- Friday Showcase - hosting & general management
- Event marketing & management - Support of all internal and external events including photography when needed
- Zoho CRM - Leads, contacts & general administration
- Lead management - Support lead generation activities and sales teams
- Company templates - Ensuring all master templates are kept updated
- Maintaining the marketing SharePoint page and ensuring documents are well managed

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- All social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube

**Desirable Skills**:

- Online Analystics for reporting via Google Analytics
- Video editing programs (Biteable, Canva or other)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management technology) - Zoho including Marketing apps
- Excellent project management and reporting skills

Metricell is a truly innovative software company based in Horsham, only 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. If you prefer to drive, we have onsite car parking at the premises too.
