**What you’ll be doing**

**The Greater Picture**: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. As a Commissions Analyst, based in Leeds, you will support the overall management of the Magnet Commission systems and schemes.

You’ll oversee the commission calculation, tracking, and pay out processes for Magnet Stores Colleagues, review sales data and calculate commissions based on predetermined processes and resolve colleague queries and liaise with the Nobia payroll team to ensure our colleagues are paid correctly and in the relevant timeframes.

By providing data analysis & reporting for both the monthly and quarterly Stores commissions schemes you will support the shape of future commission schemes by implementing changes to the commission schemes and monitoring the functionality and progress of existing schemes.

**Your skillset for performance**:
You’ll hold 2+ years of experience in an analyst, FP&A, or Finance related role.

Have excellent working knowledge of excel; creation of spreadsheets, manipulation of data and presenting data in required formats and be proficient in PowerPoint and able to present analysis and findings to stakeholders.

With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll have the ability to analyse information and explain the 'so what'.
