They are currenting seeking a **Lettings Negotiator** to join their Surbiton office.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious **lettings negotiator** who is looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a generous commission along with a car allowance with great career prospects.

- Experience as a residential lettings agent
- Sales experience essential
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Local knowledge of the Surbiton area preferred
- Driving license and own car essential
