Liaising between clients, tenants and ForHousing staff, the Tenant Liaison Officer will provide a first-class service, understand tenant requirements and support the reduction in complaints.

Working closely with the compliance team, you’ll ensure that all service and maintenance programmes, contractor work and complaints are delivered in a manner that fully supports tenants and provides excellent customer service before, during and following the works.
