**Job overview**:
We are seeking a pleasant, helpful and welcoming manner professional to run a large scale prestigious residential property situated in Richmond, TW10.

We have a car booking schedule for the date. Your main responsibility will be running the car service. You will be expected to perform concierge works while you are not driving.

**About the role**:
**Driver - Key responsibilities**:
Safely transport residents to and from designated locations.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers at all times.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals.

Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, scheduling regular maintenance and addressing any issues promptly.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.

Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as handling any additional needs.

Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized, including regular cleaning.

**Concierge - Key responsibilities**:
Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended

Assist with resident deliveries, key management, customer queries and service request

Manage resident bookings and access to amenity spaces

Confidently act as main point of contact at the front desk to all incoming residents, visitors and contractors

Professionally check and screen all visitors, guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building or access areas, including apartments

Ensure effective security within the development, including the manning CCTV as needed

Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times

Act as a liaison between residents and any department

Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
- Full clean UK driving license
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Punctual and reliable with professional manner
- Physical fitness to perform task such as loading/ unloading luggage.
- Strong customer service and high organisational skills
- Able to work on their own as well as a part of the team
- Have a reliable, professional and ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Have relevant concierge/customer service experience (preferred)

**Job Type**:Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift (7pm-7am)
- Weekend availability
- Overtime is available
