Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Constructing walls, buildings, chimneys, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or specifications to determine layout and materials required
- Mixing mortar or grout and spreading it onto bricks using trowels
- Cutting bricks to size using hammers or power saws
- Ensuring structures are level and aligned correctly
- Repairing existing brickwork or masonry as needed
- Working on various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
- Proficiency in bricklaying techniques and masonry work
- Knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and concrete blocks
- Ability to work at heights on roofs or scaffolding when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and precision in brick placement
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From £19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Bricklaying: 1 year (preferred)
