Business Development Apprentice

In this role, you will be supporting the Client Solutions team at SBH Real Estate by generating a constant stream of high-quality, qualified leads. Researching existing and prospective clients - enabling them to get in contact with the right companies atthe right time in order to build great working relationships and offer best-in-class advice. They thrive on being ahead of their competition and pride themselves on being market leaders in regard to the quality of data we hold and the leads we create, so thisrole is pivotal to their growth plans in providing the most accurate information to their colleagues - attention to detail is imperative. There is a clear progression plan laid out for someone joining them in this role and the opportunity to increase yourearnings significantly year on year.
**A typical day**
- Your day will include researching and calling decision-makers at some of the most exciting and fast-growing companies.
- You will be doing market research to support your work such as tracking lease events, fundraising rounds, IPO’s, business news & our internal database.
- You will receive continuous training to develop your skills and understanding of Sales and enterprise as well as learning a number of systems such as Salesforce and CoStar - becoming an expert in these over time.
- Managing our database of prospective clients
- Using data to infrom your decisions and actions when prospecting
- You will be undertaking training and Development through your Multiverse course where you will pick up skills and competencies in data insights, project management and communication that you will utilize to better execute on your role.

- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
