The Shoulder of Mutton is a busy village pub between Brundall & Lingwood. We pride ourselves on being a proper pub that serves homemade food.

With the easing of restrictions we are looking to open the pub 7 days a week.

To do this we need to employ an EXPERIENCED Part Time Kitchen Porter.

You will work with our head chef & alongside our other hardworking kitchen team.

Duties will cover:

- *Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible

*Collect and wash up pots and pans

*Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery

*Unload food and equipment deliveries

*Keep the storeroom organised

*Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised

In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, you maybe involved in food preparation, prepping vegetables etc & desserts.

We do need someone that has worked in a busy kitchen before, this is paramount & has their own transport as public transport to Strumpshaw doesn’t run after 6pm.

The shift pattern is set one & is 16 hours a week.
