Finzean Farm Shop is a popular Farm Shop & Cafe, located on and operated by the Finzean Estate. We are open 7 days a week, offering home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, afternoon
teas, ready-meals, ice cream and lots more to locals, visitors and holidaymakers alike. We strive to make as much of our menu as possible (and practical) in house, and on the retail side we stock a wide variety of food, quality gifts and books as well as local art and crafts.

Currently we have a small team of full time, and a large team of part time staff, and are looking for a key front of house member with all round management and leadership skills to
join us. If you are able to work well under stress at busy periods and keep calm and smiling at all times, we would love to meet you with a view to you coming on board our happy team

As a major role player, you will be involved in all aspects of keeping the shop and the cafe functioning smoothly, so a strong ability to multi-task and act instinctively is a must. We trust our staff to put our customers’ needs and enjoyment first and to cope happily with the variety each day brings. Working at the Farm Shop is full on and especially during the summer can be a continuously busy affair. Our customers are very loyal - many local to the Finzean area, others first time visitors on holiday or passing through.

Set in rural Aberdeenshire (15-20 minutes from Banchory/Aboyne, 35-40 minutes from Aberdeen) our Farm Shop is a beautiful place to come to work - but being in a rural location, having your own car/transport is essential. There is staff parking available on-site for cars, and a secure area for bikes and cycles.

We are ideally looking for someone to work a four or five day week - 9am - 5.30pm to include at least one weekend day. This role is available for a late August/early September start,
