Well Established, Kent-based, 6-site law firm is looking for a legal cashier for their accounts team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brilliant firm, who are forward-thinking, friendly, and has a great team.

Duties:

- Processing account transactions, both inbound and outbound payments
- Performing bank reconciliations to tally up bank accounts and books
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the financial status of the law firm
- Checking for errors and reporting any account breaches
- Invoicing clients for work done and chasing overdue monies
- Submitting quarterly and year-end VAT returns
- Maintaining separate client and office ledgers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Liaising with compliance officers, clients, auditors, regulators, suppliers and banks

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong Legal cashier experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a team, with a 'can-do’ attitude
- Have the ability to use your initiative and think on your feet
- Highly organised with brilliant attention to detail
- Salary ranges based on experience
