**Is this role right for me?**
A great **Sales Advisor** at Minster is organised in their approach, showing good attention to detail so their work is accurate and reliable. As a methodical and approachable person, you will be able to work well on your own and take full ownership and responsibility for the work you do. You will be happy working in a fast paced office and confident to deal with a range of stakeholders, either in person or over the phone.

**Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm**

**What will I be doing in the role?**
Our **Sales Advisors** are one of our most important roles in the business. A great **Sales Advisor** will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;
- Provide customer quotes ensuring it meets their requirements
- Ensure customer orders and queries are processed and answered in a timely manner
- Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the Customer
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
