**Key Responsibilities**:
**Precision Manufacturing**:Collaborate with a skilled team to produce machined components from technical drawings, utilizing CNC Lathes and Milling machines.

**Machine Setup**:Master the art of setting up CNC machines by selecting appropriate tools, fine-tuning tolerance levels, and optimizing cutting speeds for peak performance.

**Technical Translation**:Interpret intricate part drawings, translating them into precise measurements for seamless production.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct meticulous inspections to uphold stringent technical and quality standards, ensuring flawless output.

**Efficiency Enhancement**:Develop strategic work plans to streamline daily machining operations, maximizing productivity.

**Pay Rate**:£13.39 - £17.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
