Based in spacious contemporary offices with onsite parking, we sell a mix of distinctive country and city properties across East Kent. Our experienced and professional team are friendly, supportive and motivated. Our business has been built on our shared commitment to exceptional service and strong standards.

Maybe you’ve learnt your trade in a corporate estate agency setting but now you’re ready to push your career forward and you’re seeking more autonomy and responsibility? Perhaps you’re looking for more variety in the properties you sell and are keen to show more high value residences?

You’ll need at least 5 years’ experience as an estate agent - ideally doing both sales negotiation and valuations. You should be self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic and a great customer care ethos. You should have a full clean UK driving licence and be willing to work 5 days a week including Saturdays. Our working hours are 8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.45am -5pm on Saturdays.

In return we can offer a competitive basic salary plus car allowance and shared commission scheme as well as a fun, positive team environment.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
