Psychotherapy Practitioner in Mentalization Based

Band 6 Psychotherapy Practitioner in MBT

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Psychotherapy Service in West Dunbartonshire as a Psychotherapy Practitioner in Mentalization-Based Therapy. The MBT programme aims to deliver intensive evidence-based psychotherapy programmes to the highest quality standards to patients with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

We are looking for an empathic, reflective, inclusive and innovative individual who is motivated to deliver the highest quality standards to patients with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. We are seeking an individual who can share values that are important to us - being respectful, empathic, curious, collaborative, forward-thinking and trauma-informed - and who embodies these values in their day-to-day work.
