**Your Duties**:

- Type reports, memos, letters, forms, minutes etc. to a high standard using Word
- Processing, prioritising where necessary.
- Input and retrieve appropriate information from computerised systems.
- Processing and distributing mail on a daily basis.
- To support and assist in the effective and efficient provision of services within Adult Disability Services.
- Liaise with outside agencies and other disciplines, dealing with enquiries as appropriate.
- Arrange appointments / meetings as requested.
- Dealing with general enquiries which require immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies.
- Reception and telephone duties, dealing with departmental queries which will include taking and passing on clear and concise messages and obtaining and passing on information.
- Take minutes of meetings as required.
- Take appropriate action in relation to mail, telephone and other enquiries ensuring effective messaging and ‘bring forward’ systems are in place.

**Your Profile**:
2 years secretarial / admin / clerical experience.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office eg Word, Excel.

4 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English Language or equivalent and 1 years relevant secretarial / admin / clerical experience

OR

2 years relevant secretarial / admin / clerical experience
OCR / RSA / GCSE Stage 2 Word Processing / Typing (Parts 1 and 2) or equivalent qualification.

OR

A minimum of six months word processing experience.

**Assignment Details;**
£11.67 per hour.
Bayview Day Centre, Bangor
Full-time, temporary (13 Weeks Initially)
Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.
