**Person Specification**

The Programme Executive will be:

- Self-motivated, forward thinking and solution orientated.
- Professional, organised and have an intelligent approach to prioritising their own workload.
- A great all-rounder who is able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

- A problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenging situations head on.
- An open and collaborative worker.

The Programme Executive must have:

- A minimum of 2yrs experience in a customer facing role, preferably with a background in business development, recruitment, careers or project management.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling them to engage with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience working with internship/graduate programme management and or relationship management.
- The ability to ensure that business needs are met across the Programme through meeting deadlines and targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Alongside the Senior Programme Executives, take responsibility for the planning and implementation of the student recruitment process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for an allocated cohort of host partners, students and stakeholders.
- Using Salesforce, and our Application Tracking System, create and maintain accurate records, regularly updating and renewing contacts and opportunities.
- Be active in programme data collection to support with measuring impact and programme performance against operational and strategic objectives.
- Identify potential for new business opportunities with support from Senior Programme Executives and Programme Manager.
- Provide support to Scholars during their internship in an out-of-hours capacity as part of a pre-arranged “on-call” rota.

**General Responsibilities**
- Have a thorough understanding of Entrepreneurial Scotland’s products and service offerings.
- Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Take ownership and being responsible for issuing Scholar contracts and scheduling onboarding calls/events.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Executive to develop a Marketing Strategy specific to the various stages of the Programme cycle.
- Participate in events and opportunities which raise brand visibility and awareness.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through networking, education, events and presentations.
- Operating within the appropriate budget levels as delegated by the Programme Manager.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting host partners and university stakeholders as required.
- Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
- Work with the Communities team to support and advise on matters relating to Scholar Alumni.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
