Senior Architectural Technician

Our client, a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. This exciting role is aimed toward an intermediate to senior level Architectural Technician/ Technologist. Our client use both a mix of AutoCAD and Revit on their projects which are primarily in the residential, education and commercial sectors.

On many projects our client act as lead consultant, coordinating the design team and liaising with other professionals, including structural engineers, mechanical and electrical consultants and quantity surveyors to provide a complete design package theseprojects are a range of new builds, refurbishments and extensions. They also provide a successful and expanding property management service. Here, you'll have the opportunity to see a wide range of projects through from concept to completion. The successfulSenior Architectural Technician / Technologist should ideally have a good knowledge of Revit software as well as AutoCAD.

**Senior Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Working with client to create a brief
- Produce feasibility, planning and detailed drawings
- Conduct site inspections
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team
- Involved in a variety of projects within the Residential, Education and Commercial sector
- Producing drawings and presenting these directly to clients
- Using initiative on projects and when developing the business needs

**Senior Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD
- 3 + years' relevant experience
- Experience within the residential or commercial or education sectors preferred
- Motivated and hard working
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of building regulations
- Live within a commutable distance of Stamford
