Vehicle Fitter

A Vehicle Fitter is needed for a market leading Automotive conversion company Days role Monday - Friday, Circa £25K a year basic plus OT at 1.5 OTE £30K plus overtime paid at 1.5 you can do as little or as much as a you want, growing company, modern workshop, free parking, permanent position.

Vehicle Fitter location: Heckmondwike

The Company has gone through rapid growth in recent years and a have a reputation for quality and are market leaders in the conversions they specialise in. The manufacturing facility has seen significant investment and as a result, the working conditions and equipment are excellent that can’t be matched by many in the local area. A vehicle fitter is needed due to an extensive order book that is full for the next two years with further projects going for tender.

Duties of the Vehicle Fitter Opportunity
- Installation of systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Mechanical fitting
- Experience of working upon vehicles in a transport related industry would be an advantage but not essential, e.g; Bus, coach, commercial vehicle, motor homes, boats, trailer boxes etc

We would be very keen to speak people who have experience of working as a Plant Fitter, Hydraulic or Compressor engineer, Mechanical or Fork lift truck engineer, or Light vehicle technicians.
