**Duties**:

- Monitor CCTV for all the Danske Branches & react accordingly as per the security procedures.
- Receive & direct phone calls as necessary, ensuring that a professional telephone manner is always displayed.
- Use the public address system to notify staff within the building of any fire or security/emergency incident.
- Monitor & react to the fire alarm system. Assist with any fire alarm or public address tests and record appropriately.
- Assist in evacuation of the building in a fire alarm, bomb warning or as necessary following any other security incident.
- Assist in the actions to resolve any security incidents, making sure that the Danske Bank security manager is briefed.
- Periodic checks of all security registers held within the control room.
- Initial functionality checks on all CCTV cameras at the start of shift.

**Essential Skills**
- CCTV & SIA LIC holders (**must have minimum of 6 months expiry**)
- Excellent written &oral communication skills.
- Be PC literate & competent in MS Office.
- Pleasant demeanour & visual appearance that is in keeping with the high standards portrayed by the Danske Bank organisation.
