**Your impact as a Head of FSG**:
To lead, develop and deliver the Aon client strategy and drive growth within the Financial Services sector for the large and mid-market segments and working with our UK Retail business colleagues, across the UK for all segments of the market.
To be a leader of Global & Specialty (G&S) as well as Financial Services Group (FSG) to deliver sustained financial performance in line with the strategy, policy, objectives and targets agreed with G&S MD and for Commercial Risk & Health (CR&H) in the UK.
To work with the UK Retail (National, Henderson and Affinity) leadership to develop and embed a model that best supports the growth of UK-wide FSG business on a multi-segment basis and lead and champion this growth.
