An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Head of Hospitality Sales** to join our team at BT Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh.
Your key responsibilities as the
**Head of Hospitality Sales** will consist of:
- Compile all new concert and matchday packages for upcoming seasons -working alongside financial controller to create these and present to our client at the stadium
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline, from the generation of new enquiries, through to referral and repeat business for all concerts and matchdays, using networks and research to expand client base and to achieve sales budgets
- Form and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents and clients developing a database of industry leads
- Oversee matchday hosts and talent with the live Production Manager
- Ensure sales strategies and new marketing plans linked to and which support the sales strategies
- Reporting to all Elior senior team leaders when required
- Leads, manages, develops and motivates staff in the sales, events and marketing team ensuring that the work interfaces with the rest of the business
- Collate and report data to the Finance Team for revenue and costs and sales analysis
- Attend client meetings and present
- Work with the Business Development Manager to create ;leads and convert business
- Oversee the event planning for all concerts and matchdays to ensure all event details are finalised prior to the campaigns
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Representing the business with the BDM at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
**Working Pattern**: 5 days out of 7, including match/event days
**Skills and Experience**
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future
**Head of Hospitality Sales** include:
- Knowledge of large scale hospitality sales in stadia or large scale event venue
- Management of a small team od Sales Executives/Administrators
- Working to budget sales and targets
Regular sales and marketing updates presentations to Senior Management
- Able to understand large covers across multiple venue suites from 10 to 1000 people
- Excellent communicator and team player
