**Hours of work**

Monday to Friday.

07:30 hours to 16:00 hours.

**Main purpose of job**
- To sew our products to the highest standard, following production guidelines and processes.

**Responsibilities**
- To support in the construction of our products from start to finish.
- To repair, alter and produce high quality products for our customers.
- Maintain full awareness of any new developments.
- If deadlines/timelines are not going to met, to advise Production Supervisor immediately as this will have implications to the production timeline and the associated job/project.
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are always in good working order.
- Maintain a clean, efficient and organised workstation at all times.
- Establish good working relationships and open communication with work colleagues and all persons associated with the company.
- To attend any training.
- To undertake any other reasonable request from time to time.

**Experience and skills**
- Confident use of an industrial sewing machine - Walking foot machine preferred but not essential.
- High level of manual dexterity.
- Strong hand to eye coordination.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to work to deadlines and timelines.
- Be able to react quickly to changing methods of production when necessary.
- Must be proficient working with eyelets, zippers, etc.
- Training will be provided to fully understand our manufacturing vinyls, foams, other fabrics, etc.
- Able to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
- Positive team player.
- Full drivers licence essential due to location of company’s premises.
