**About the Position**

**Contract type**: Full-time, fixed term contract (12 weeks)

**Salary**:£11.44 per hour

**Start date**: Immediate start available

As our EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our pupil’s academic and personal growth, ensuring their learning objectives are met. Your individualised support will help children grasp key concepts and achieve their full potential.

You will also contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, cultivating a love of learning.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years (desired).
- An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to inspire confidence and become a positive role model.

- Wycombe Preparatory School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
