Concrete Finisher

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Set up forms or molds to hold the concrete in place
- Pour concrete into the forms and spread it evenly
- Use hand tools such as trowels, edgers, and floats to finish the surface
- Repair or patch damaged concrete surfaces
- Operate power tools such as grinders and saws to cut or shape concrete
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for concrete work
- Knowledge of masonry and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing
- Excellent attention to detail for precise finishing work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other construction professionals

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
