**Job Description - Sales Administrator**

**Job description**: Administration and support for sales team

**Hours**: 20 hours per week - hours/days to be agreed

**Qualifications**:
**Holidays**: 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays, pro rata

Relevant number of days annual leave must be kept for Christmas shutdown

No holiday to be taken during March/April/May - high season.

**Main duties**:
Administration support for management and sales team

Processing customer payments

Processing back office paperwork and filing

Checking stock availability

Taking & processing customer orders

Assist with website & price lists

**Training**: In-house training will be provided for the computer system - Profit + and familiarisation with products

**We are a small team, so flexibility and a team ethic are essential**

**Hours can be flexible to work around family commitments**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11,897.60 per year
