Job Purpose

To execute digital and direct campaigns and support with webinars and live events,
across our core audience sectors of Financial Services, Charities and Fashion & Retail.
The objective is to drive awareness and engagement through digital activity and to
support inbound leads to increase pipeline coverage. Campaigns will be executed
under the supervision and direction of the Campaign Marketing Manager and with
input from the Senior Marketing Manager where appropriate to support with thought
leadership content and industry knowledge.

This role would suit someone with 1-2 years marketing experience or an experienced
marketing executive with a passion for digital campaign execution, looking to join a
friendly and supportive team of marketers. This is an exciting time in Xpedition’s’

Key Responsibilities
- Execute a set of marketing campaigns to generate opportunities across core
sectors. These will be clearly briefed and messaging provided. There is an opportunity to add your creative view and some basic design skills are preferred although not essential.
- Develop understanding of the target personas and industries and our
propositions.
- Develop content and manage a calendar of regular social media posts to support campaigns and wider company brand awareness.
- Segment and manage data using our Dynamics 365 CE CRM system and our
Cognism Platform for intent data - with training and support from the team.
- Assign inbound and Microsoft referred leads within CRM to key sales people as directed.
Work with other members of the marketing team to optimise the impact of
content and maximise return on investment
- Support the Campaign Marketing Manager with the execution of online and face-to-face events in liaising with other members of the marketing team and sales people.

Performance Measures

**Campaign Execution**
- Campaign activities delivered on time and to a high quality measured by
resulting response rate and # of new opportunities generated.

**Social Media**
- Delivery of a calendar of social media activity and paid advertising to increase
awareness and engagement. Measured through increase in followers, traffic
driven to website and engagements.

**Nurture Campaigns**
- Number of engaged contacts moving from one key pipeline stage to the next and eventually converting to win.

**Revenue Generation**
- Contribution to revenue targets and pipeline cover for key sectors.

Educational Background

Marketing qualification or relevant degree preferred, but not essential.

Previous Experience
- Experience of updating content to websites via a content management system
- Experience in B2B technology marketing preferred, but not essential.
- Experience of supporting live events would also be preferred, but not essential.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- Knowledge and experience of:

- Demand generation and nurture campaigns
- Content & social marketing
- Data Management
- CRM knowledge

IT Skills
- Adept in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS.
- Experience of Sales & Marketing automation tools
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and proven excellent verbal and
written communication.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Comfortable in dealing with senior management and sales staff
