**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our DoLS team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team. As Senior Practitioner, you’ll oversee the day-to-day functioning of the team, whilst supporting the Team Manager in our journey towards LPS preparation. As a self-motivated individual, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, you will work alongside the Team Manager & Principal Social Worker to instill a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in practice.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate a willingness to develop staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication / interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of two years post qualifying experience and hold relevant professional and Best Interests Assessor qualification.
