**Team**:
Working part of the Infrastructure team who work to support, upgrade and secure the whole IT infrastructure to such as servers, data centers, networks phones and laptops etc.

**Role**:

- You will be working with others to ensure the IT infrastructure remains secure and robust.
- Helping to deliver new functionalities and maintaining existing cloud systems using Azure, Office 365 and VMWare.
- Be an escalation point for any issues relating to digital touchpoints.

**Experience and requirements**
- 1+ years previous experience in IT infrastructure
- Be good at problem solving
- Showing good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take a Microsoft qualification
- Understanding of ITIL foundation service level, service transition and MS cloud (**not essential**)
