This is a great opportunity to oversee the eCommerce of a highly profitable SME which revenue where most of this revenue comes through the website They are looking for someone to come in and be both hands on and strategic in eCommerce to take this companyin the next stage of their growth. This is a vital role as eCommerce is a key area component of revenue stream with aims to increase revenue by at least 10% this year through the website

You will manage 2 eCommerce Executives at slightly different levels which you will need to be hands on with in upskilling their implementations You will be required to bring a commercially guided strategic mindset to make improvements to the website toincrease the revenue. You will oversee the full end-to-end strategy involving end-to-end product launches, identifying product performance trends, and integrating sales plans You will collaborate with Web Development to implement user experience strategiesto increase conversion.
