**Student engagement**

Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, admission requirements, scholarships, campus facilities, and student life to prospective students

Address enquiries and concerns of prospective students promptly and professionally

Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events to showcase the institution’s offerings

**Application and Enrollment Process**

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students, including registration, housing and orientation

**Relationship Building**

Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to generate referrals and partnerships for student recruitment

Attend education fairs, conferences and other recruitment events to represent the institution and network with potential students and partners

Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to stay updated on program offerings, curriculum changes, and industry trends

**Date Management and Reporting**

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment statistics using a CRM system or other relevant tools.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and enrollment trends to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize data analytics and market research to identify target markets, evaluate recruitment strategies, and propose innovative approaches to attract students.

**Admissions Support**:
Assist in organizing and participating in admission interviews, tests, and assessment processes as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Communication).

Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or customer service roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

Knowledge of educational programs, admission procedures, and requirements.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
