**Salary**: £23,000.00 - £28,000 per annum (plus bonuses once passed probation)
Working hours - Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm
Location - Warrington, WA1

**The role**

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with a proven track record to join our growing team. Our business is all about our people and it’s crucial that we attract and retain the right talent.

**Responsibilities**

As a Recruitment Executive your responsibilities will include:

- Writing and updating job descriptions
- Placing job adverts on job boards
- Screening CV’s
- Setting up video interviews with managers
- Updating interview questions as and when required
- Keeping the recruitment tracker up to date
- Maintaining the HR database
- Screening and directing phone calls and taking messages when necessary
- General administration as and when required
- Cover for the HR Administrator as and when required

**Essential skills**
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent
- Proven work experience in recruitment (minimum 2 years)
- Proven work experience in HR (minimum 1 years)
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity.
- Must be able to demonstrate resilience.
- Must be able to demonstrate that they can be adaptable
- Must be able to demonstrate hard-working mentality/attitude.
- Must be able to demonstrate that they are organised and can prioritise accordingly.
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Experience with working on HR systems
- Discretion & confidentiality
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
- Confidence
